Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Event Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of premium seminars, masterclasses, and large-scale events. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing multiple responsibilities, vendors, teams, sponsors, and event operations while ensuring smooth execution.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute seminars, masterclasses, and special events.

Coordinate with venues, vendors, artists, sponsors, and partners.

Manage event timelines, budgets, and logistics.

Supervise staff and ensure smooth event operations.

Handle participant registrations and customer experience.

Coordinate stall bookings and sponsor requirements.

Monitor event marketing activities with the creative team.

Prepare event reports and post-event analysis.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in Event Management, Operations, or Project Coordination.

Strong communication and leadership skills.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.

Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Experience in vendor management and event execution is preferred.

Compensation

💰 Salary: ₹12,,000 – ₹25,000 per month
