We are looking for a Event Sales Manager to join our team at Mavenco Hospitality Llp to plan and coordinate events from start to finish. The role involves vendor management, logistics, on-ground coordination and ensuring successful execution. This creative position offers an in-hand salary of ₹30,000 - ₹55,000 and exciting field exposure.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan event timelines, guest lists, budgets and logistics.
Coordinate with vendors, venues and clients.
Ensure smooth execution during events.
Generate and manage leads through calls, social media, references, and networking
Promote and sell complete wedding planning services and individual event services
Understand client requirements and suggest customized event solutions
Present service offerings including hospitality, entertainment, décor, and logistics
Prepare proposals, quotations, and event packages
Negotiate pricing and close high-value deals
Coordinate with vendors, artists, and internal teams for smooth execution
Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 3 - 6+ years of experience. To qualify for this job opening you must have strong communication, multitasking ability and willingness to travel and work on-ground.
