We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Event Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute high-impact events. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end event execution, ensuring seamless experiences for clients and attendees.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute corporate events, brand activations, and promotional campaigns
Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams
Manage event budgets, timelines, and logistics
Handle venue selection, setup, and on-ground operations
Ensure smooth execution and troubleshoot issues during events
Work closely with marketing and branding teams for event promotions
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in event management or a related field
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and coordination abilities
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Creative thinking and problem-solving mindset
Preferred Skills:
Experience in corporate or marketing events
Vendor management skills
Basic understanding of branding and promotions
