Role Overview:

As an Event Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing high-end events. This role requires a detail-oriented and creative individual who can transform ideas into reality while managing the end-to-end execution of events.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Event Planning & Execution:

   • Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and expectations.

   • Design and execute event plans that align with company standards.

   • Coordinate with decorators, SFX teams, caterers, entertainers, and venue managers to ensure seamless execution.

2. Budget Management:

   • Prepare detailed budgets for events and ensure cost efficiency without compromising quality.

   • Negotiate with vendors to get the best rates and services.

3. Team Coordination:

   • Lead and manage the on-ground event team, ensuring tasks are executed on time.

   • Assign responsibilities and monitor progress during events.

4. Client Relationship Management:

   • Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients.

   • Address and resolve client concerns promptly and professionally.

5. Creative Contributions:

   • Suggest innovative ideas for themes, décor, SFX, and entertainment to exceed client expectations.

   • Stay updated with the latest event industry trends.

6. Post-Event Reporting:

   • Gather feedback from clients and attendees to improve future events.

   • Prepare and present detailed post-event reports.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience: 1+ years in event management or a related field (preferred in high-end events).

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field.

• Skills:

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities.

  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.

  • Leadership and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in budgeting and resource management.

• Language: Fluency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati (preferred).
