Looking for Corporate Event Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing corporate events such as conferences, seminars, product launches, annual meetings, award ceremonies, exhibitions, and team-building programs. The role involves coordinating with clients, vendors, venues, and internal teams to ensure events are delivered successfully, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and manage end-to-end corporate events.
Understand client requirements and develop event concepts.
Prepare event budgets and monitor expenses.
Source and negotiate with venues and vendors.
Coordinate logistics, catering, audiovisual setup, transportation, and accommodation.
Manage event timelines and supervise on-site operations.
Lead and coordinate event staff and volunteers.
Ensure compliance with safety and company standards.
Resolve last-minute issues and ensure a seamless event experience.
Evaluate event success and prepare post-event reports.
