Event Designer

• Location: Kolkata, West Bengal 

• Experience: Freshers or up to 2 year of relevant experience 

• Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on capability and skill set) 

• Salary will not be a constraint for deserving candidates. 

Role Overview: 

The Event Manager will be responsible for handling event projects, vendor coordination, and supporting client servicing while ensuring the smooth execution of events. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of events and brand activations • Manage client relationships and project communications • Develop event concepts, execution strategies and operational plans • Manage budgets, vendor negotiations and production planning • Supervise teams for on-ground execution and logistics • Ensure quality delivery, timelines and client satisfaction • Coordinate with creative, production and logistics teams 

Must Have Skills 

✔ Strong communication and client servicing abilities ✔ Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and event budgeting ✔ Proven experience in vendor and production management ✔ Ability to lead teams and manage high-pressure situations ✔ Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills

Work Requirements 

• Flexible to work extended hours during events • Comfortable working weekends and holidays • Willing to travel extensively for event projects
