Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Event Coordinator to plan and execute luxury wedding

events. The ideal candidate should have experience in the events or wedding planning industry,

strong coordination skills, and the ability to manage clients and vendors efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate wedding events and related functions

• Communicate with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and requirements

• Manage and coordinate with vendors such as decorators, caterers, photographers, venues, etc.

• Ensure smooth execution of events from planning to completion

• Handle client relationships and maintain high levels of satisfaction

• Assist in event concept creation and creative planning

• Manage timelines, budgets, and event logistics

• Resolve issues during events and ensure seamless operations

Required Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Excellent client handling and relationship management abilities

• Creativity and eye for detail in event planning

• Ability to multitask and manage multiple events simultaneously

• Strong vendor management and coordination skills

• Problem-solving ability and ability to work under pressure

Eligibility

• Prior experience in event management, wedding planning, or hospitality industry

• Experience in luxury weddings or large-scale events is preferred

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business, or related field (preferred but

not mandatory)
