Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Event Coordinator to manage and execute various social service events organized by our NGO. The candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing activities such as food distribution drives, clothing distribution campaigns, and other community welfare initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and coordinate NGO events including food and clothing distribution drives
Manage on-ground event execution and ensure smooth operations
Coordinate with volunteers, vendors, and team members
Handle logistics such as transportation, inventory, and event setup
Visit event locations and ensure timely arrangements
Maintain records and reports of events conducted
Ensure safety, discipline, and proper distribution during events

Requirements:

Male candidate preferred
Must own a personal vehicle for travel and logistics purposes
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to manage fieldwork and work in a team
Responsible, punctual, and committed to social work

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in event coordination or NGO work is a plus
Basic organizational and problem-solving skills

Working Conditions:

Field-based role with frequent travel
Flexible working hours depending on event schedules
