Job Title: Educational Event Officer (Field Visit)

Job Description:

We are hiring Female Educational Event Officers to manage and execute school and college educational events across Bangalore.
This role involves planning, coordination, vendor management, logistics handling, and on-ground execution during school and college hours.

The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, organized, and passionate about event coordination, student interaction, and educational programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute educational events in schools and colleges.

• Handle on-site coordination and ensure smooth event execution.

• Manage vendor communication and event logistics.

• Coordinate with internal teams and support staff.

• Maintain daily visit reports and assist with event documentation.

• Represent the organization professionally during all field visits.

Job Locality:

Across Bangalore City (Field Visit Role)

Eligibility Criteria:

• Gender: Female

• Age: 21 – 33 years

• Qualification: Degree Holder (Any Stream)

• Experience: 0 – 5 years (Educational Event Experience preferred)

• Two-wheeler & Driving License: Mandatory

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Willingness to travel locally for school and college visits

• It is a Full Time ఈవెంట్ మేనేజ్మెంట్ job for candidates with 6 months - 5 years of experience.
