Events Coordinator for Hauz Khas Delhi

Location: Hauz Khas, Delhi
Salary: ₹ 18,000 to 20,000 per month
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and coordinate events from concept to execution (corporate events, private parties, exhibitions, cultural events, etc.)
Communicate with vendors, clients, venues, and suppliers
Manage event budgets and track expenses
Oversee event setup, coordination, and breakdown
Ensure smooth on-site event operations

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
1–2 years of experience in event coordination (freshers with strong skills may apply)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Good organizational and multitasking abilities
