About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Event Coordinator who will be responsible for generating qualified leads for weddings, corporate events, and social gatherings. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and networking skills, a creative mindset, and a passion for event planning and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and generate leads through online platforms, social media, cold calling, and networking.
2. Build and maintain a database of potential clients interested in wedding, corporate, and private events.
3. Coordinate with marketing teams to execute promotional activities and campaigns for lead generation.
4. Respond promptly to client inquiries and convert them into potential business opportunities.
5. Maintain regular communication with prospective clients and provide accurate event information.
6. Schedule meetings or follow-ups with clients for requirement gathering and proposal sharing.
7. Collaborate with the event planning and sales team to ensure smooth conversion of leads into confirmed bookings.
8. Track, manage, and report lead progress using CRM tools.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field
2. Prior experience in lead generation, event coordination, or sales will be an added advantage.
