Community & Partnerships Manager – Delhi NCR

About the Role
We are building a new-age social platform focused on real-life connections, curated experiences, and meaningful social interactions. We are building the community offline first.
This role is for someone who loves people, conversations, and being at the center of social energy. You will be responsible for building relationships with hosts, venues, and community leaders, and helping shape how social experiences are created in Delhi NCR.
This is not a desk job and not a digital marketing role.
What You’ll Be Doing (Core Responsibilities)
1. Community & Host Partnerships
Identify and onboard:
Event hosts
Meetup organizers
Café / restro-bar partners
Social & cultural communities
Personally meet hosts and explain the platform vision
Build long-term relationships (not one-time listings)
2. On-ground Social Experiences
Coordinate and support curated social events (e.g., group blind dates, social tables, meetups)
Be present during key events to ensure smooth execution
Collect real-time feedback from participants and hosts
3. Founder-Led Discovery & Feedback
Understand host pain points and concerns
Share insights directly with the founder to influence product direction
Help refine how the platform should work before the app launch
4. Community Growth (Quality > Quantity)
Focus on quality hosts, not mass onboarding
Help build a trusted, curated ecosystem in Delhi NCR
Assist in creating early community loyalty

Have worked in:
Event management
Hospitality
Community building
Club promotions
Startups or social brands (preferred, not mandatory)
Bonus if you:
Have existing contacts in cafés, bars, or social communities
Have hosted events yourself
Are active socially (offline > online)
Experience & Education
0–5 years experience (attitude matters more than CV)
College degree not mandatory if you have strong people skills
