Event Coordinator

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Event Coordinator who will assist Dr. Mahesh Gupta in planning, organizing, and executing corporate and sustainability-focused events. The role also involves acting as a key point of contact between Dr. Gupta and event organizers to ensure seamless coordination and communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Dr. Mahesh Gupta in planning and executing events, seminars, conferences, and corporate meetings

• Coordinate directly with event organizers on behalf of Dr. Mahesh Gupta

• Act as the primary liaison between Dr. Gupta and internal/external stakeholders

• Manage event logistics including venue booking, travel arrangements, and scheduling

• Prepare event materials such as presentations, agendas, and reports

• Handle communication with participants, speakers, organizers, and partners

• Ensure smooth on-site event execution and promptly resolve any issues

• Maintain event budgets and track expenses

• Support post-event activities including feedback collection and reporting

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Business Administration, or related field

• 1–3 years of experience in event coordination or similar role (freshers with strong skills may apply)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Willingness to travel as required
