## About Us

We The Curators is a premium event management company specializing in luxury weddings, private celebrations, home events, corporate events, baby showers, birthdays, cocktail parties, and end-to-end event curation across Delhi NCR.

We are looking for a passionate and creative Event Curator who can understand client requirements, curate memorable event experiences, and ensure seamless planning and execution.

## Key Responsibilities

• Understand client requirements and curate personalized event experiences.

• Coordinate with clients to finalize themes, décor, catering, entertainment, and venue selection.

• Prepare event proposals, quotations, and presentations.

• Liaise with vendors, venues, and internal teams for smooth event execution.

• Ensure timely planning and flawless coordination before and during events.

• Build strong relationships with clients and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Stay updated with the latest event trends, décor concepts, and hospitality standards.

• Support the sales team in converting inquiries into confirmed bookings.

## Requirements

Bachelor's degree in •Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Event Management••, or a related field.

• Excellent spoken and written English is mandatory.

• Strong communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.

• Creative mindset with attention to detail.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple events simultaneously.

• Willingness to work on weekends or holidays as per event schedules.

## Preferred Experience

• Freshers with a Hotel Management/Event Management background are encouraged to apply.

Candidates with •1–5 years of experience•• in hotels, luxury hospitality, event management companies, or wedding planning will be preferred.

## Salary

• Freshers: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on interview performance)

• Experienced Candidates: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience and interview performance)
