We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated Event Coordinator (Male) to manage and execute our upcoming 9th Global Health & Wellness Exhibition. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about event management and have strong organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and oversee all event-related activities

Manage vendor coordination, logistics, and on-site execution

Ensure smooth communication between internal teams and external stakeholders

Handle event registrations, guest management, and exhibitor support

Monitor event timelines and ensure deadlines are met

Resolve any on-ground issues promptly during the event.

Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Good knowledge of MS Office and basic computer operations

Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Willingness to travel and work flexible hours during the event

Preferred Skills:

Experience in exhibitions, trade shows, or corporate events

Problem-solving attitude and leadership qualities
