Job Summary

A reputed Travel Company is looking for a proactive and well-organised Event Coordinator to plan, coordinate and execute events, corporate outings, group tours, destination events and travel-related activities. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end event logistics, coordinating with vendors and clients, and ensuring smooth execution within the agreed timelines and budget.

Key Responsibilities

🌏 Plan and coordinate corporate events, group tours, destination events, conferences, MICE programmes (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions) and special travel arrangements.

🌏 Coordinate with hotels, airlines, transport providers, venues, caterers and other vendors.

🌏 Manage event bookings, travel itineraries, accommodation, transfers and on-site arrangements.

🌏 Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and ensure smooth event execution.

🌏 Prepare event schedules, budgets, quotations and operational checklists.

🌏 Negotiate with vendors and monitor expenses to ensure cost-effective execution.

🌏 Coordinate with internal sales, operations and travel teams.

🌏 Supervise on-ground event activities and resolve last-minute operational issues.

🌏 Maintain client communication before, during and after the event.

🌏 Collect client feedback and prepare post-event reports.

Candidate Requirements

# 2–4 years of experience in event coordination, travel operations, hospitality or MICE management.

# Strong planning, coordination and organisational skills.

# Good communication and interpersonal skills.

# Ability to manage multiple assignments and work under pressure.

# Strong vendor management and problem-solving abilities.

# Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, email and online booking tools.

# Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends, when required.
