Job Title: Event Coordinator
Location: Dum Dum Cantonment, Kolkata
Role Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to manage the end-to-end planning, execution, and logistical support for corporate events, conferences, client meetings, and internal gatherings. You will work closely with vendors, client representatives, and internal teams to deliver seamless event experiences on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
• Event Planning & Strategy: Assist in defining event objectives, timelines, resource allocation, and budget requirements.
• Vendor & Venue Management: Source, negotiate with, and supervise venue personnel, caterers, audio/visual technicians, and third-party vendors.
• Logistics & On-Site Support: Manage venue setup, registration desks, seating arrangements, catering schedules, and breakdown post-event.
• Coordination & Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for attendees, speakers, sponsors, and team members during the event.
• Collateral & Promotion: Coordinate with design and marketing teams for event invitations, signage, branded merchandise, and promotional materials.
• Post-Event Evaluation: Collect feedback, analyze event performance metrics, reconcile vendor invoices, and compile summary reports.
