JOB DESCRIPTION :

Manage day to day theatre operation , supervise and schedule front of house , box office , usher , housekeeping , security , and food & beverage staff, Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints promptly . Monitor Ticket sales , occupancy and revenue performance ., Inventory management., Ensure cleanliness , hygiene and maintenance of all theatre facilities., Implement health , safety and emergency procedure .Coordinate movie schedule and special events with management , Prepare daily weekly and monthly operation report, Control operation cost and profitability target, Train , motivate and evaluate team members. Handle cash management

Qualification : Bachelor degree in Hostility , Business administration ,Hotel management , Retail management or a related field ,

Experience : 4 to 6 years , Previous experience in Cinema Theatre . Multiplexes Cinemas ,
