💰 Salary

₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per Month

(Based on experience, skills & interview performance)

Key Responsibilities

✔ Lead complete café operations with a customer-first approach.

✔ Manage daily business activities, staff scheduling, and service quality.

✔ Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate the café team.

✔ Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and resolve customer concerns professionally.

✔ Maintain food quality, hygiene standards, and FSSAI compliance.

✔ Control inventory, procurement, vendor coordination, and stock management.

✔ Plan and execute birthday parties, corporate events, catering assignments, and special occasions.

✔ Monitor sales, food cost, labour cost, and overall profitability.

✔ Coordinate effectively with kitchen, service, and management teams.

✔ Implement SOPs to maintain premium hospitality standards.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for professionals who have:

✅ 6–10+ years of experience in Hotel, Hospitality, Café, or Restaurant Management.

✅ Hands-on experience in Event Management, Banquet Operations, or Catering.

✅ Strong leadership, team-building, and people management skills.

✅ Excellent communication and customer relationship management abilities.

✅ Knowledge of POS systems, inventory control, budgeting, and operational reporting.

✅ A proactive mindset with the ability to perform under pressure.
