Position: Operations Head
Location: 1.2 km Go-Karting Circuit (Delhi NCR)

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Operations Head from the hospitality, events, entertainment, or leisure industry to oversee the daily operations of Delhi NCR’s longest 1.2 km go-karting circuit. The role requires delivering exceptional guest experiences while ensuring operational efficiency, safety, staff management, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the karting facility, ensuring seamless customer experiences.

• Lead and supervise front office, guest relations, operations, track marshals, hospitality, maintenance, housekeeping, and security teams.

• Drive customer satisfaction by maintaining high service standards and resolving guest concerns promptly.

• Plan and execute corporate events, private parties, racing leagues, and promotional activities.

• Ensure strict compliance with all safety procedures and operational SOPs.

• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure kart availability, track readiness, and facility maintenance.

• Monitor daily revenue, bookings, occupancy, and operational KPIs.

• Recruit, train, motivate, and evaluate staff performance.

• Develop operational budgets and control costs while maintaining premium service standards.

• Liaise with vendors, sponsors, corporate clients, and event partners.

• Implement marketing initiatives in coordination with the sales and marketing team to increase footfall and repeat business.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 5–10 years of experience in hospitality, hotels, resorts, entertainment venues, amusement parks, adventure sports, gaming centres, or event management.

• Proven leadership experience managing teams of 30+ staff.

• Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience in event planning, guest relations, budgeting, and operations management.

• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and during peak event periods.

Preferred Experience

• Hospitality chains, luxury hotels, resorts, entertainment parks, sports facilities, or large event venues.

• Experience managing high-volume customer operations.

• Knowledge of safety standards and crowd management.
