· RoadAds India is an advertising and activation agency specializing in Transit Media Marketing, BTL Activations, CSR and Cause Marketing. The company works with brands to develop and execute high-impact campaigns across India through ooh and transit media, on-ground activations, and strategic partnerships.

Job Description / Responsibilities

· Research and establish tie-ups with societies, corporates, educational institutes, shopping centers, retail outlets and other relevant entities for ad space acquisition.

· Conduct regular market reconnaissance to identify new advertising spaces and activation opportunities.

· Coordinate with BMC and other government authorities for permissions and campaign requirements.

· Manage vendors including printers, mounters, fabricators, transporters and fleet managers, and develop new partnerships.

· Oversee campaign operations including planning, coordination, execution and monitoring.

· Supervise canopy and BTL activations and manage ground teams wherever required.

· Coordinate with clients, internal teams, vendors and partners to ensure smooth campaign execution.

Desired profile of the candidate

· Street-smart, proactive and solution-oriented.

· Strong communication, coordination and vendor-management skills.

· Minimum 1 year of experience in Operations, OOH/Outdoor Advertising, BTL Activations, Events or related fields.

· Comfortable with outdoor activities, market visits and establishing tie-ups.

· Willingness to travel nationwide for campaign execution and monitoring.

· Previous experience in outdoor advertising preferred.
