Welder

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Fabrication Welder to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for fabrication, welding, assembling, and repairing metal structures and equipment as per technical drawings and production requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Read and understand fabrication drawings and welding symbols

Perform welding activities using MIG, TIG, Arc, or Gas welding methods

Cut, grind, and prepare metal materials for fabrication

Assemble fabricated parts and structures accurately

Inspect weld quality and ensure proper finishing

Operate fabrication tools, welding machines, grinders, and cutting equipment

Follow safety procedures and maintain clean work areas

Repair damaged metal components when required

Coordinate with supervisors and production teams for daily work completion

Requirements

ITI / Diploma in Welding or relevant field

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in fabrication and welding

Knowledge of different welding techniques and fabrication processes

Ability to read technical drawings and measurements

Good physical stamina and attention to detail

Basic knowledge of safety standards and PPE usage

Preferred Skills

Experience in industrial fabrication work

Ability to work independently and in a team

Strong problem-solving and technical skills
