Job Title: Vendor – Civil, Carpentry, Plumbing & Electrical Maintenance

PropertyAngel is a leading property management company specializing in residential property management and maintenance services. We are looking to onboard reliable and experienced vendors to support our maintenance operations across Bangalore.

Scope of Work

The selected vendor will be responsible for providing skilled manpower and executing maintenance work related to:

• Carpentry works (repairs, fittings, furniture maintenance, installations)

• Plumbing services (leak repairs, installations, pipeline maintenance, sanitary fittings)

• Electrical works (repairs, installations, wiring, switchboard maintenance, lighting, etc.)

• On-call support for emergency and scheduled maintenance requirements

• Preventive and corrective maintenance services

Vendor Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in residential or commercial maintenance services

• Skilled and experienced technicians for carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work

• Ability to deploy manpower based on business requirements

• Quick response time and timely completion of assigned work

• Replacement manpower support whenever required

• Compliance with safety and quality standards

• Professional communication and customer service

Commercial Terms

• Monthly work allocation with a budget of up to ₹2,00,000 per month, based on work orders and performance.
