JOB PURPOSE
To manage customer’s compliant / calls effectively.
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
• Attend the In-House calls.
• Attend the Dealers (Filed) calls as per PJC’s and get the acknowledgement of Dealers seal & signature in service call report
• Maintenance of Tools
• Segregate the out of warranty & warranty (duly tagged) defects
• Use of man held machine for Dealers service
• Highlight the new/repeated complaints to the Branch In-charge
• Assisting to Branch In-charge for stock checking/prepare storage in Racks & Spares Indent
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
• 10th/12th /ITI/ diploma
• Experience 0-3 years
• Candidates having experience in FMCG/FMCD are preferred
