Job Title: Electrical Engineer (Solar Industry)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and technically sound Electrical Engineer to handle solar project execution, installation, and maintenance. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient system performance and on-site coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle installation and commissioning of solar PV systems

• Supervise site work and electrical execution

• Manage wiring, inverter installation, and panel connections

• Perform testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of solar systems

• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and project teams

• Ensure safety standards and quality control at site

• Prepare technical reports and project documentation

• Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues

• Support in project planning and execution timelines

Requirements:

• Qualification: B.E / B.Tech / ITI (Electrical)

• 1–3 years of experience in solar or electrical field

• Knowledge of solar systems, inverters, and electrical panels

• Basic understanding of drawings and electrical layouts

• Willingness to travel for site work

• Good problem-solving and technical skills
