Preference will be given to candidates having work experience in technology-driven, on-demand home services and e-commerce marketplace industry.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Supervisor Trainer to train and supervise Plumbers, Electricians, Carpenters, and other field technicians. The candidate should have hands-on experience in SOP preparation, technical training, team supervision, and quality/process compliance, preferably in a product-based company.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, implement, and update SOPs and training materials.

• Conduct technical, process, and on-the-job training for field technicians.

• Supervise technicians and ensure adherence to SOPs, quality, and safety standards.

• Assess technician skills and identify training and competency gaps.

• Conduct refresher training and practical demonstrations.

• Monitor field performance and provide coaching and feedback.

• Coordinate with Operations teams to resolve technical/process-related issues.

• Maintain training records, assessments, and relevant documentation.

• Conduct field audits and recommend process improvements.

• Identify and source skilled technicians, service providers, and other relevant resources across different Indian cities as per business requirements.

• Conduct market research to understand the availability of skilled manpower, local service providers, market trends, and resource availability in different locations.

• Build and maintain a network of technicians and potential resources to support business expansion and operational requirements.

Education & Experience

• Graduate – Mandatory.

• ITI qualification – Preferred, Should have trainer experience particularly in Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry, or related trades.

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in training, supervision, field operations, or technician management.

• Experience in training or supervising Plumbers, Electricians, or Carpenters is preferred.

• Basic experience in market research, resource identification across different cities.

• Ability to identify and connect with skilled technicians and local service providers. Experience in a product-based company will be an added advantage.
