About Us:

Neelmadhav Udyam is a growing solar EPC company specializing in rooftop and ground-mounted solar installations for residential, commercial, and industrial clients. We are actively working under government subsidy schemes and expanding across Delhi NCR.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Solar Technician responsible for installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of solar PV systems. The candidate should have hands-on experience and willingness to work on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation of solar panels, inverters, and electrical components

• Mounting structure assembly and panel fixing (rooftop & ground mount)

• DC and AC wiring, earthing, and system connections

• Testing, commissioning, and system performance checks

• Routine maintenance and troubleshooting of solar systems

• Ensuring safety standards and quality work on site

• Coordination with engineers and project managers

Requirements:

• ITI / Diploma in Electrical or relevant field

• 1–3 years of experience in solar installation (preferred)

• Knowledge of solar PV systems, wiring, and tools

• Ability to work at heights and outdoor conditions

• Basic understanding of safety practices

• Willingness to travel for project sites

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in subsidy projects (PM Surya Ghar or similar)

• Knowledge of net metering and inverter configuration

• Team player with good work ethic

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000/month (based on experience)
