Site Supervisor

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to manage and supervise daily site activities. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating manpower, monitoring work progress, ensuring quality standards, and completing projects within the given timeline.

The ideal candidate should have good leadership, communication, and site management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily site activities and project work.

• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, technicians, and workers.

• Ensure work is completed as per drawings, specifications, and project requirements.

• Manage manpower and allocate work efficiently.

• Monitor project progress and report updates to management.

• Ensure proper utilization of materials, tools, and equipment.

• Maintain quality standards and workplace safety at the site.

• Identify and resolve site-related issues.

• Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation.

• Coordinate with clients and other departments whenever required.

• Ensure timely completion of assigned work.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical / Civil / Mechanical Engineering or relevant technical qualification.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in site supervision preferred.

• Freshers with good technical knowledge may also apply.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and site reporting.

• Good communication and team management skills.

• Willingness to travel to project sites, if required.

• It is a Full Time ఎలక్ట్రీషియన్ job for candidates with 1 - 5 years of experience.
