Shekharson Technologies LLP is looking for a Service Engineer to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of pouch packaging machines at customer sites. This role offers an in-hand salary of ₹19,000 – ₹23,000 along with excellent learning and career growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and test pouch packaging machines at customer locations.

• Diagnose and repair faults in packaging machines.

• Perform preventive maintenance and routine servicing to ensure smooth machine operation.

• Troubleshoot machine breakdowns and provide timely on-site technical support.

• Inspect machine components, replace worn or damaged parts, and ensure optimal performance.

• Read and interpret drawings for fault diagnosis and installation.

• Ensure all installation and service work complies with safety standards and company procedures.

• Train customers on machine operation, basic maintenance, and safety practices.

• Prepare service reports and maintain accurate records of installation, maintenance, and repair activities.

• Coordinate with the technical support team to resolve complex service issues.

Job Requirements

• Qualification: Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or a related engineering discipline.

• Experience: 0–3 years of experience in the installation and servicing of industrial machinery, preferably pouch packaging or other packaging machines.

• Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.

• Ability to read and understand electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.

• Good troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

• Willingness to travel frequently for customer site installations and service visits.

• Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

• Knowledge of industrial safety procedures and safe working practices.
