Service Engineer

Job Location: Turbhe
Experience: 2–3 Years
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities

• Installation, commissioning, servicing, and maintenance of equipment/machinery.

• Visit customer sites for troubleshooting and technical support.

• Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, and technical issues.

• Conduct preventive and breakdown maintenance.

• Provide product demonstrations and basic technical training to customers.

• Maintain service reports, job cards, and customer service records.

• Coordinate with the internal technical and sales teams for customer requirements.

• Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints.

• Travel to different customer locations as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma / ITI / BE in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related field.

• 2–3 years of experience in service engineering or maintenance.

• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Basic knowledge of electrical/mechanical systems.

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.

• Willingness to travel to different locations.

• Valid driving license preferred.
