Key Responsibilities:

Handle product installation and commissioning.

Find and fix technical problems independently.

Support and guide junior technicians if needed.

Suggest extra services or sales when needed.

Requirements:

Diploma in Electrical or Electronics.

Field service experience, especially in power systems or UPS.

Basic knowledge of tools and technical documentation.

Ability to work independently and manage customer service well.
