Purchase Manager

Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities, vendor coordination, and purchase operations. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing materials, negotiating with suppliers, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring timely delivery of goods while optimizing cost and quality standards. Key Responsibilities • Research, identify, and evaluate vendors/suppliers. • Compare quotations and negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts. • Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs). • Track orders and ensure timely delivery of materials. • Maintain records of purchases, invoices, and vendor details. • Coordinate with internal departments for procurement requirements. • Monitor inventory and place orders as needed. • Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships. • Analyze market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities. • Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures.
