Technical & Maintenance

  • Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance for:

    • Electrical systems (lights, switches, sockets, MCBs, DBs)

    • Plumbing & sanitary fittings (leakages, blockages, fixtures)

    • HVAC systems (basic AC servicing, filter cleaning, fault reporting)

    • Carpentry & civil works (doors, locks, furniture, minor repairs)

  • Attend helpdesk tickets and tenant complaints within defined TAT.

  • Identify faults and carry out on-the-spot repairs where possible.

  • Coordinate with external vendors for major repairs and AMC services.
