Job Title: Multi-Skilled Technician (Residential Sector)

Location: Perumbakkam - Chennai
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month (Based on experience and skill)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Multi-Skilled Technician to join our residential maintenance team. The candidate should have basic knowledge or hands-on experience in electrical and plumbing works. Freshers with relevant technical knowledge are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repair work in residential apartments.

• Handle basic electrical issues such as wiring, switch replacements, and light fittings.

• Carry out plumbing works including leak repairs, pipe maintenance, and fixture installations.

• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and breakdowns.

• Ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently.

• Maintain tools and equipment in good condition.

• Coordinate with the facility team for daily operations and reporting.

Requirements:

• ITI / Diploma or any relevant technical qualification (preferred).

• Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems.

• Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of experience can apply.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to different maintenance tasks.

• Good problem-solving skills and a responsible attitude.

• Ability to work in shifts if required.
