MEP Executive

Key Responsibilities

• MEP Design Coordination: Lead the coordination of design work with specialized MEP consultants from the planning phase through to execution.

• System Execution: Oversee the installation and commissioning of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems on-site to ensure quality and compliance.

• Statutory Compliance & NOCs: Take primary responsibility for obtaining all necessary NOCs and clearances from statutory and regulatory authorities (Fire, Environmental, MCGM, etc.).

• Stakeholder Management: Coordinate seamlessly between all consultants and project execution teams to align technical delivery with project standards.

• Project Monitoring: Ensure building systems are delivered within established timelines while adhering to safety and regulatory provisions.

• Site Presence: This role demands extensive traveling and staying at various project sites across Maharashtra as per project requirements.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

• Experience: 15–20 years of hands-on experience in MEP coordination and execution for large-scale high-rise projects.

• Technical Skills:

o Proficiency in AutoCAD for reviewing and aligning MEP design outputs.

o Project Planning: Competence in using MS Project/Primavera to track MEP milestones.

o Documentation: Deep expertise in managing BOQs, construction documentation, and technical reporting.

• Soft Skills:

o Strong leadership and ability to guide multidisciplinary teams.

o Excellent verbal and written communication for regulatory liaison and reporting.

Preferred Background

• Proven track record in High-rise PMAY/SRA projects within Maharashtra.

• Demonstrated ability to handle complex regulatory processes and technical challenges inherent in large-scale building systems.
