
Responsible for maintaining café facilities and equipment to ensure safe, clean, and uninterrupted operations. Duties include routine inspections, preventive and corrective maintenance of coffee machines, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, and coordinating with service providers when needed. Ensures compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene standards. Prior experience in café, restaurant, or retail maintenance is preferred. Flexible working hours may be required.
Conduct routine inspections of café equipment and facilities
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on coffee machines, grinders, refrigerators, HVAC, lighting, plumbing, and electrical systems
Respond quickly to maintenance requests to minimize operational downtime
Ensure all maintenance work complies with health, safety, and food hygiene standards
Coordinate with authorized service providers for specialized equipment repairs
Maintain cleanliness and functionality of customer and back-of-house areas
Keep accurate maintenance logs and service records
