Maintenance Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and monitor HVAC systems

• Oversee Elevator operations and coordinate maintenance

• Handle DG (Diesel Generator) operations and servicing

• Manage and troubleshoot Electrical systems

• Ensure proper functioning of Fire Alarm systems

• Maintain FFE (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment)

• Minor Civil / Centre maintenance works

• Maintain overall Facility Cleanliness and hygiene in the park

• Monitor and maintain Fire & Safety systems

• Coordinate with vendors and external service providers

• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards

Key Skills & Competencies:

·        Knowledge of facility maintenance systems (HVAC, Electrical, DG)

·        Basic understanding of Fire & Safety regulations

·        Ability to handle preventive and breakdown maintenance

·        Vendor coordination and follow-up skills

·        Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving ability

·        Good organizational and time-management skills

·        Attention to detail and safety-focused mindset

·        Ability to work independently and as part of a team
