ITI Technician

An Electrical Control Panel Wiring technician assembles, wires, and tests industrial control panels by reading schematics, installing components (PLCs, drives, relays), and routing wires. Key duties include drilling/tapping backplates, cable termination, crimping, and troubleshooting for automation, power distribution, and motor control systems. The role ensures panels meet electrical standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Panel Building: Mounting components (MCBs, relays, PLCs) onto rails based on layout drawings.

• Wiring & Termination: Performing point-to-point wiring, cable routing, ferrule marking, and crimping, often utilizing this Electrical Control Panel Wiring technician role guidelines.
