Manual dexterity to operate various hand and power tools – hammers, drills, saws, etc. 3. Mechanical skills to understand which tools to use and how to use them. 4. Strong problem-solving ability with attention to detail. 5. Ability to diagnose and repair system issues independently. 6. Knowledge of welding, cutting, grinding, rigging, and greasing operations. Carry out minor civil and plumbing works when required. 10. Support in HTU operation and related mechanical tasks. 11. Suggest improvements to reduce maintenance costs and improve plant efficiency. 12. Use ChatGPT / search engines to troubleshoot technical issues, access manuals, and enhance maintenance knowledge.
