Carry out electrical maintenance work at residential and commercial buildings.
Handle day-to-day breakdown maintenance and troubleshooting.
Maintain electrical panels, DBs, MCCB, MCB, wiring, and lighting systems.
Check and maintain pumps, motors, and electrical equipment.
Perform preventive maintenance (PPM) as per schedule.
Attend electrical complaints and resolve issues on time.
Ensure proper functioning of DG, UPS, and common area electrical systems.
Follow safety procedures while working on electrical systems.
Maintain maintenance records and report daily activities.
