We are pleased to invite applications for the Kaushalya (Earn & Learn) Program, an industry-integrated apprenticeship initiative jointly run by Tata

Motors and Quess Corp. The program aims to equip youth with industry-relevant skills while pursuing a Diploma in Mechatronics from a SRMU

Lucknow.

Programme Highlights:

• Position: Trainee (Mechatronics)

• On roll with QUESS Corp, enrolment under NAPS (National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme)

• Diploma in Mechatronics from a SRMU Lucknow.

• Earn while you learn - monthly stipend and additional benefits

Eligibility Criteria:

• Age: 18 to below 23 years

• Education: ITI Pass with 60% Marks (ITI Pass with 2 years, NCVT/ SCVT)
