Job Title: ITI Electrical Technician

Role Overview

We are hiring an ITI Electrical Technician to manage daily electrical maintenance of the beverage plant. The role focuses on preventive protection, safe power distribution, chamber electrical systems, and quick breakdown response to ensure uninterrupted production.

Key Responsibilities

1) Preventive Electrical Maintenance

• Daily inspection of panels, motors, pumps, compressors, boilers, and utilities

• Check earthing, MCB/MCCB/ELCB health and cable conditions

• Tightening of terminals, panel cleaning, and temperature checks

• Maintain electrical logbooks and PM checklist

2) Chamber & Instrument Support

• Monitor electrical parts of fermentation/storage chambers

• Check temperature controllers, sensors, heaters, and solenoid valves

• Ensure alarms, interlocks, and indicators are working

• Assist in calibration of gauges and instruments

3) Breakdown Handling

• Immediate troubleshooting of electrical faults

• Replacement of switches, contactors, relays, and wiring

• Support to minimize machine downtime

• Report root cause of repeated issues

4) Safety & Compliance

• Follow electrical safety and lockout/tagout practices

• Ensure proper guarding and insulation

• Identify electrical hazards and report immediately

• Support GMP and 5S in electrical areas

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of panels, motors, starters, VFD

• Understanding of wiring and control circuits

• Use of multimeter and electrical tools

• Disciplined and safety-oriented attitude

• Experience in FMCG/food plant preferred

Eligibility

• ITI – Electrical trade

• 0–4 years experience

• Freshers can apply
