About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Maintenance Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and reliability of machinery, equipment, and facility infrastructure. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and capable of managing preventive maintenance activities while maintaining high safety and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities for machinery, equipment, and facility systems.

• Monitor and maintain infrastructure systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical equipment.

• Diagnose technical faults and perform timely troubleshooting to minimize downtime.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory regulations, and maintenance protocols.

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules, inspections, repairs, and service reports.

• Coordinate and supervise maintenance technicians, contractors, and external vendors.

• Work closely with production and operations teams to ensure uninterrupted workflow.

• Support maintenance budgeting and help control operational and repair costs.

• Identify opportunities for process improvement, energy efficiency, and cost-saving initiatives.

• Respond quickly and effectively to emergency maintenance and equipment breakdowns.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

• 2–5 years of experience in maintenance, facility management, or industrial operations.

• Practical knowledge of machinery maintenance, electrical systems, and building services.

• Familiarity with preventive maintenance practices and workplace safety standards.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

• Knowledge of maintenance tools, systems, and preventive maintenance procedures.

• Good organizational and time-management skills.

• Ability to lead and coordinate maintenance teams effectively.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations efficiently.

• It is a Full Time ఎలక్ట్రీషియన్ job for candidates with 6 months - 4 years of experience.
