About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Electrical Engineer to support the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and testing of electrical systems and equipment in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical foundation, good communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with production and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

Electrical Operations

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems and equipment.

• Perform electrical wiring, control panel assembly, and machine commissioning.

• Conduct preventive and breakdown maintenance to ensure uninterrupted operations.

• Diagnose and resolve electrical faults efficiently.

• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and company procedures.

Production & Maintenance Support

• Support production activities by ensuring proper functioning of electrical equipment.

• Read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.

• Coordinate with production and maintenance teams for timely issue resolution.

• Maintain service records, maintenance logs, and technical documentation.

Quality & Safety

• Follow safety guidelines during installation and maintenance activities.

• Ensure quality standards are maintained during electrical work.

• Assist in continuous improvement initiatives for equipment reliability and performance.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

Educational Qualification

• ITI or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Electrical Maintenance, Production, or Manufacturing.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of electrical circuits, control panels, motors, relays, contactors, and electrical components.

• Ability to read electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.

• Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills.

• Good English communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice to Have: Experience in production machinery, PLC basics, electrical safety standards, commissioning, technical documentation, and coordination with production and maintenance teams.
