CTC Range: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000

Qualification: 12th pass or any degree

Experience: 1–2 years in battery pack repair, electrical work, or electronics

Position: Production Worker (Factory)

Key Responsibilities

🔍 Diagnosis & Troubleshooting

• Perform fault diagnosis using battery management system (BMS) software and diagnostic tools.

• Identify issues such as cell imbalance, temperature anomalies, communication errors, or capacity degradation.

• Conduct voltage, current, and insulation tests at cell, module, and pack levels.

• Analyze error codes (DTCs) and interpret CAN data for system health.

🔧 Repair & Maintenance

• Safely disassemble and reassemble EV battery packs following OEM safety procedures.

• Replace defective cells, modules, BMS boards, fuses, relays, or wiring harnesses.

• Perform cell balancing, capacity testing, and recalibration of BMS.

• Repair cooling systems (liquid or air-cooled) if required.

• Carry out preventive maintenance to avoid recurring faults.

🧪 Testing & Validation

• Conduct charge-discharge cycle testing to verify repaired pack performance.

• Validate State of Health (SOH) and State of Charge (SOC) accuracy.

• Ensure thermal stability and safety compliance before release.
