Maintenance Management
Plan, supervise, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Ensure smooth operation of all building services, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, DG sets, STP/WTP, lifts, and fire protection systems.
Conduct regular inspections of common areas, equipment, and infrastructure.
Track maintenance schedules and ensure timely completion of work orders.
Facility Operations
Manage day-to-day facility operations and ensure service quality across the residential community.
Oversee housekeeping, landscaping, waste management, and pest control services.
Ensure common areas, clubhouses, swimming pools, and recreational facilities are maintained in excellent condition.
Vendor & Contractor Management
Coordinate with AMC vendors, contractors, and service providers.
Monitor contractor performance and ensure compliance with service level agreements.
Review quotations, negotiate contracts, and verify invoices for payment processing.
