Job Title: Facility Manager

Location: Residential Site
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)
Experience Required: Minimum 1+ year in Facility Management (Residential preferred)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Facility Manager to oversee the overall maintenance and operations of a residential property. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge and the ability to manage MST (Multi-Skilled Technicians) and other support staff efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day facility operations of the residential property

• Supervise and coordinate MST staff, housekeeping, and security teams

• Ensure all technical systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.) are functioning properly

• Handle preventive and breakdown maintenance activities

• Monitor vendor performance and coordinate with external service providers

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies

• Address residents’ complaints and ensure timely resolution

• Maintain records of maintenance, inspections, and reports

• Manage inventory of tools, materials, and consumables

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Good technical knowledge in electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance

• Strong team management and leadership skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)

• Good communication skills (English & local language preferred)

• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 1 year experience in residential facility management

• Experience in handling MST and support staff is mandatory
