Job Title: Facility Manager
Location: Residential Site
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)
Experience Required: Minimum 1+ year in Facility Management (Residential preferred)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and proactive Facility Manager to oversee the overall maintenance and operations of a residential property. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge and the ability to manage MST (Multi-Skilled Technicians) and other support staff efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day facility operations of the residential property
Supervise and coordinate MST staff, housekeeping, and security teams
Ensure all technical systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.) are functioning properly
Handle preventive and breakdown maintenance activities
Monitor vendor performance and coordinate with external service providers
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
Address residents’ complaints and ensure timely resolution
Maintain records of maintenance, inspections, and reports
Manage inventory of tools, materials, and consumables
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Good technical knowledge in electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance
Strong team management and leadership skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
Good communication skills (English & local language preferred)
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum 1 year experience in residential facility management
Experience in handling MST and support staff is mandatory
