Role and Responsibility

Install and configure IoT devices at customer sites as per technical specifications
Perform commissioning and ensure proper device connectivity (Wi-Fi, LAN, SIM-based)
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware/software issues in IoT systems
Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of devices
Repair or replace faulty components and ensure minimal downtime
Conduct site inspections and ensure proper device placement and wiring
Maintain service reports, installation records, and daily activity log
Coordinate with backend/technical teams for issue resolution
Provide basic training or guidance to clients on device usage
Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards during field work

Qualification

Diploma/ITI in electrical and related discipline or equivalent experience.
Basic knowledge of electronics, wiring, and circuit understanding
Familiarity with IoT devices, sensors, and controllers
Basic networking knowledge (IP configuration, routers, SIM connectivity)
Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to read technical manuals and diagrams
Good communication and reporting skills
