We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Electrician to handle electrical maintenance and repair work in a residential apartment complex. The candidate should ensure smooth functioning of all electrical systems and attend resident complaints on time.Perform daily electrical maintenance work in apartments and common areas

Handle EB line, DB panel, wiring, switches, sockets, MCB, and lighting repairs
Maintain motors, water pumps, bore motors, and common area lighting
Attend resident service requests and electrical complaints
Check and maintain generator and backup power systems
Identify electrical faults and rectify safely
Carry out preventive maintenance activities
Follow safety procedures and apartment maintenance standards
Coordinate with maintenance supervisor and vendors when required
