Hyderabad Department: Service Designation: Service Engineer Eligibility Criteria Qualification: Diploma in Electrical Experience: Fresher or up to 1 year (Tea & Coffee Vending Machine experience preferred) Gender: Male candidates only Mandatory: Two-wheeler (Bike) Valid Driving License Roles & Responsibilities Troubleshooting tea & coffee vending machines Attending customer service calls and resolving machine issues Fault finding and rectification to ensure machines are ready for dispensing Servicing, cleaning, and preventive maintenance of machines Verifying daily cleaning reports from machine operators Monthly machine servicing and preventive maintenance Maintaining good customer relationships and providing prompt support Coordination with customer admin, CREs, senior engineers, and internal teams Ordering, receiving, and maintaining spare parts and stock Preparing stock consumption, average, and work reports Training operators on: Machine cleaning & beverage preparation Service etiquette, hygiene, communication, and safety Assisting in demos and new machine installations Documentation and reporting (daily / weekly / monthly) Required Skills Good communication skills (verbal & written English) Customer relationship management Go-getter attitude Teamwork & coordination How to Apply📱 WhatsApp / Call: Send your resume on the given number -9821699983
